STRENGTHS/WEAKNESSES
Strengths:
•Xing Zhe in Summoners War is a great bruiser and is a good "guardian" for your threat monsters.
•His passive decreases damage done to himself and attacks when an ally is attacked. This is great because his 1st skill can stun.
•He has high base speed at 117.
•His 2nd skill DEF breaks and recovers ATK bar.
•He doesn't need Devilmons to do his job, however, if you do he doesn't take many to be fully skilled up.
Weakness:
•He is stat heavy and needs really good runes to shine.
•Oblivion from monsters like Tesarion can cancel his passive so you can nuke down the threat monster.

RANKING
GB12 (2/10): Xing Zhe is not recommended in Giants B12 as there are better monsters used here.
DB12 (0/10): He has elemental disadvantage and isn't recommended for Dragons B12.
NB12 (0/10): He is not recommended in Necro B12 as he lacks any multi-hits.
ToA (3/10): He is useful in some niche stages.
Rift of Worlds (0/10): He has no role here.
Labyrinth (3/10): He is useful in the speed limitation stages if you don't have Leo to stun the enemies while they are attacking your team.
Dimensional Hole (1/10): He isn't recommended here.
Arena (7/10): He can be used on a slow Defense team. Make sure you pair him with revivers or build him tanky enough so he doesn't get Double Lushened.
Guild Wars (8/10): He is a really good monster here. His skill kit makes him hard to deal with. He's great when paired with a fire threat monster like Raoq, Laika, Perna etc. since your opponent will try to use water types to deal with them.
RTA (9/10): He shines in RTA since battles tend to last longer and his passive makes him hard to deal. For example if they try to attack your main damage dealer, Zing Zhe will get an attack, but if they don't then your threat monster gets an attack. It puts players in a difficult position to make the right decision.
