Dance: Attacks the enemy to prevent the target from receiving beneficial effects for 2 turns with a 30% chance. Increases the damage by 50% if all of your skills are on cooldown.

Strengths:

The Water Tanjiro Kamado is a great CC unit in Summoners War!

His 1st skill blocks beneficial effects and deals good damage.

His 2nd skill is AoE and reduces speed and increases debuff duration.

His 3rd skill is AoE Freezes and DoTs
Weakness:

He's stat needy as he pretty much needs everything.

His leader skill doesn't make a lot of sense for him.
RANKING
GB10/GAH (8/10): He is definitly useful in Giants for CC and Damage.
DB10/DAH (8/10): He is very useful in Dragons for the same reason in Giants.
NB10/NAH (0/10): He lacks enough multi hits to break through the Boss's shield.
SB10/SBAH (1/10): He is not recommended in Spiritual Realm.
SF10/SFAH (2/10): He has elemental disadvantage and is not recommended in Steel Fortress.
PC10/PCAH (7/10): He can be useful in Punisher Crypt due to his speed block and speed decrease.
ToA, Labyrith (8/10): He has a lot of CC and is very useful here.
Rift of Worlds (5/10): He is good for fire rift.
Dimensional Hole (7/10): He is great for all sorts of stages here.
Arena (6/10): He is decent on Offense but there are better units.
Guild Wars (7/10): He is strong unit here on offense for CC and deal damage.
RTA (6/10): He is a really good unit here because he is a damage dealer that offers a lot more than just damage. He is more of a counter pick so don't pick him right away. Use him against heavy buffers.
