Firecracker: Attacks the enemy with a bomb. The damage increases by 15% for each harmful effect on the enemy.

Time Bomb: Installs a bomb that goes off after 2 turns on all enemies and increases the Attack Bar by 50%. In addition, increases your Attack Bar by 10% per bomb you installed on the enemies. (Reusable in 5 turns).

Keep in mind these are just general recommendations, you will need to alter your rune and stat builds based on what content you want to use this monster for and what team you are using him with.
TAURUS BUILDS / STRATEGY
General Build
Taurus is pretty straight forward to build. Bomb damage is based on the total ATK power of the monster. You want to load him up with as much ATK power as possible. You'll also need decent accuracy to land the bombs.
As you progress later into the game, speed is important so you'll want to switch slot 2 for speed. You'll also need to make him a little tankier. His revive is great so tankiness shouldn't come at the cost of ATK power.
STRENGTHS/WEAKNESSES
Strengths:
•Taurus in Summoners War is a top notch bomber in the game.
•His 3rd skill does AoE cooldown time increase on your enemies.
•His 2nd applies bombs to all enemies.
•His 1st skill does damage based off of number of harmful effects.
•He has a large accuracy leader skill which is really helpful for newer players who have trouble getting enough acuracy on him to land his bombs reliably.
Weakness:
•Bombs aren't fully accurate so it makes landing them inconsistent.
•Immunity monsters like Fran, Chloe, or Lulu will prevent him from landing his bombs.
RANKING
GB12 (6/10): Taurus can be used in Giants B12 to stack up bombs and deal big damage to the Giant. He pairs well with a DoTs team for the stacked damage.
DB12 (0/10): He has no role in Dragons B12.
NB12 (0/10): He doesn't have enough multi hits to break through the Necro B12 shield and the boss cleanses himself each time.
ToA (2/10): He lacks enough CC to be on an auto team. He can be used on a DoTs or Bomb team in niche situations.
SF10 (2/10): He isn't recommended in Steel Fortress B10.
PC10 (2/10): He isn't recommended in Punisher Crypt B10.
Rift of Worlds (0/10): He serves no purpose here.
Labyrinth (2/10): He could be used in some niche situations.
Dimensional Hole (0/10): He is not recommended here.
Arena (4/10): He can be used in the lower stages, however, as you climb immunity is very abundant. You'll need to bring a reliable stripper to improve his efficiency.
Guild Wars (8/10): He is a strong unit on Offense. His skill cooldown time increase is useful against revive monsters while his bombs do big damage.
RTA (6/10): He is a strong bomber here. As you climb higher it gets tougher since immunity is abundant.
COMBO WITH TAURUS
Bombs Away!
Taurus + Seara
In this combo, Taurus applies AoE Bombs then Seara comes in and applies an additional bomb then detonates all of them. These two combine deal ultimate bomb damage. Seara's SPD lead helps to gain 1st turn. *To make his team safer you'll want to bring a stripper with you to counter immunity runes.
