STRENGTHS/WEAKNESSES
Strengths:
•The Water Hellhound, Tarq highlight is in a double Targ speed DB12 team because it can team up with your other nukers.
•His 2nd skill has a great speed multiplier
•His 3rd skill is strong and supportive.
•He is very easy to skill up.
•His base speed is great at 115.
Weakness:
•Other than speed, Tarq's other base stats are very poor.
•He requires good runes to be reliable and effective.
RANKING
GB12 (7/10): Tarq team up ability is good for Giants B12 for both damage and lower cooldowns.
DB12 (7/10): He serves the same role in Dragon's B12 as he does in GB12.
NB12 (2/10): Other than his 3rd skill, he doesn't really have enough multi hits to break through the boss' shield.
ToA (5/10): He can be used in ToA as a damage dealer and his Group Hunt helps to lower cool downs.
Rift of Worlds (2/10): He doesn't offer enough to be useful in R5.
Labyrinth (4/10): He is good in a few of the Labyrinth stages.
Dimensional Hole (6/10): He is useful in the element restriction stage and 4 star restriction stage.
Arena (5/10): He is useable here as an early damage dealer.
Guild Wars (5/10): He can be used as a damage dealer in some early teams.
RTA (2/10): He's usable in the early game, however, you'll switch him out for better monsters as you progress.
