Keep in mind these are just general recommendations, you will need to alter your rune and stat builds based on what content you want to use this monster for and what team you are using him with.
SIEG BUILDS / STRATEGY
General Build
Sieq is mainly built for Spiritual Realm B10. He should have 100% Crit Rate with as much Damage on him as possible. If you also want to use him for PvP you might want to switch out the 2 slot rune for Speed instead of Attack.
STRENGTHS/WEAKNESSES
Strengths:
•Sieq is one of the best monsters for Spiritual Realm B10 in Summoners War!
•He buffs CR and ATK for your entire team.
•He is a decent damage dealer and can sustain himself with his 1st skill
Weakness:
•He has little uses outside of SB10.
RANKING
GB10 (1/10): Sieq has elemental disadvantage and isn't recommended for Giants B10.
DB10 (3/10): He could be used in the early game but isn't recommended in Dragons B10.
NB10 (0/10): He doesn't have enough multi hits to break through the Necro B12 shield and the boss cleanses himself each time.
SB10 (10/10): He really shines in Spiritual Realm B10 since he has elemental advantage, boosts your team CR and ATK, and is a damage dealer. This allows you to make a much faster and safer run.
ToA (1/10): He doesn't have any CC to be useful here.
SF10 (7/10): He can be used as a buffer and damage dealer in Steel Fortress B10.
PC10 (2/10): He isn't recommended in Punisher Crypt B10.
Rift of Worlds (0/10): He serves no real purpose here and there are other buffers that do a better job.
Labyrinth (1/10): He isn't that useful here.
Dimensional Hole (0/10): He is not recommended here.
Arena (2/10): He could be used in early game if you are struggling to get CR on your monsters.
Guild Wars (3/10): He can be used as a buffer in early game.
RTA (2/10): He doesn't offer enough to be a viable option in RTA.
