STRENGTHS/WEAKNESSES

Strengths:
•He's a great tank that can help chip away at the enemy while reducing ATK bar. 
•His 1st skill disturbs HP recovery. 
•His 2rd skill and 3rd skill reduces ATK bar. 
•He has a bunch of multi hits which is useful if you lack multi hitters in NB12
•Fully skilled up every attack has a 100% accuracy which makes him pretty reliable. 


Weakness:
•He's pretty stat needy to be used in PvP. 
•He's mainly used an annoying tank.

RANKING

GB12 (6/10): Omar can be used in Giants B12 to strip Attack Bar. He's good for beginners since he's built tanky and can survive the Giant's attacks.

DB12 (7/10): He serves a similiar role in Dragons B12 as he does in GB12.

NB12 (8/10): He has 2 skills that are multi hits and his 1st skill disturbs HP making him very useful in Necro B12.

SF10 (2/10): He has elemental disadvantage and is not useful in Steel Fortress B10.

PC10 (1/10): Same reasoning as SF10.

ToA (5/10): He can be used in boss stages to prevent the boss from attacking. He lacks AoE CC to be useful throughout the waves. 

Rift of Worlds (3/10): He is not very useful here.

Labyrinth (3/10): He isn't very useful here.

Dimensional Hole (2/10): He isn't recommended here.

Arena (5/10): He can be used on stall defenses.

Guild Wars (7/10): He is useful as an offense tank while stripping attack bar of your enemies. 

RTA (6/10): He can used on a bruiser team comp to keep the threat monster at bay and chip away at the enemy.
