*ONLY use CR on slot 4 if you can't get enough Crit Rate substats. Keep in mind these are just general recommendations, you will need to alter your rune and stat builds based on what content you want to use this monster for and what team you are using him with.
STRENGTHS/WEAKNESSES
Strengths:
•The Water Striker, Moore is an excellent anti-control cleave monster.
•His passive allows him to steal a turn.
•He is a single target attacker with ATK debuff and Branding making him great for R5.
•He has a super useful Speed leader skill that can be used anywhere!
•He also has a 3 chance AoE strip which is great for RTA.
Weakness:
•His skills aren't 100% even when maxed.
•Even with his passive he can still be Lushened.
RANKING
GB12 (7/10): Moore can be used in Giant's B12 to Decrease ATK & 2nd skill AoE strip.
DB12 (8/10): He has elemental advantage and can strip the Dragon's Immunity.
NB12 (1/10): He doesn't have enough multi hits to break through the boss' shield.
ToA (0/10): He lacks CC to be useful here.
Rift of Worlds (7/10): He can be used in the Fire Rift beast for his 2nd AoE attack and attribute advantage.
Labyrinth (5/10): He can be used against stages with a lot of buffers.
Dimensional Hole (0/10): He is not recommended here.
Arena (7/10): His 2nd skill can AoE strip and set up your 2nd damage dealer.
Guild Wars (10/10): His passive can interrupt a lot of CC monsters.
RTA (10/10): His passive makes him shine here as a lot of RTA top monsters are Control Cleave teams.
