Magical Eye: Attacks the enemy 2 times and decreases the Attack Power for 2 turns with a 35% chance with each attack.

MOMO BUILDS / STRATEGY
Momo Build Tips
Momo should be built more as a bruiser for long term fights in RTA. She's meant to whittle down your enemy and not nuke them. Her utility sets up for more damage while also reducing your enemies.
Build her on SPD, CD/CR, and HP%. She's pretty stat heavy to be useful. Momo needs Spd, Hp, Atk, CD, CR, and Acc.
STRENGTHS/WEAKNESSES
Strengths:
•Momo in Summoners War is a good utility bruiser.
•Her 1st skill ATK breaks which is great for survivability.
•Her 2nd skill AoE Def break which is great for nuking down your enemies.
•Her 3rd skill stacks damage every time you crit.
•Her leader skill is great for nuke teams since she does AoE DEF break along with 44% ATK boost.
Weakness:
•Monsters like Tesarion can oblivion her stopping her from stacking damage.
•Immunity monsters will prevent her from applying her debuffs.
•She is VERY stat heavy.
RANKING
GB12 (7/10): Momo's AoE DEF break helps to speed up your runs in Giants B12. Her ATK break is great against the boss to increase your survival rate.
DB12 (2/10): She doesn't offer enough to be useful in Dragons B12.
NB12 (1/10): She doesn't have enough multi hits to break through the boss' shield.
SF10 (2/10): She is not recommended in Steel Fortress B10.
PC10 (2/10): She is not recommended in Punisher Crypt B10.
ToA (0/10): She lacks CC to be useful here.
Rift of Worlds (0/10): She doesn't offer enough to be useful here.
Labyrinth (1/10): She isn't recommended here.
Dimensional Hole (0/10): She is not recommended here.
Arena (2/10): You mainly want AoE Nukers to farm Arena.
Guild Wars (7/10): She is a niche monster here. Her utility is designed for long battles.
RTA (8/10): Battles tend to last long in RTA. This is where she shines. She is used to chip away at your enemies allowing your better damage dealers to come in and hit even harder.
