Crescent Moon Slash: Attacks the enemy 2 times and deals more damage when the enemy's HP is low. Additionally, if there's Boomerang Warrior included in the team, one of Chakram Dancers will attack together with Boomerang Warrior during Boomerang Warrior's turn.

Multiplier: 150% of ATK stat before reduction per hit for 2 hits when the eemy is at full health, and 300% of the ATK stat before reduction per hit for 2 hits when the enemy is at 0% health.
Double Strike: Attacks the enemy 2 times to decrease the Defense with the first attack and decreases the Attack Power afterwards with a 50% chance each. (Reusable in 3 turns)

STRENGTHS/WEAKNESSES
Strengths:
•The Wind Chakram Dancer, Melissa is a powerful monster for a speed team NB10.
•Twins work great because they attack together doing double damage while providing additional perks.
•Melissa ignores all damage reduction effects and increases the damage based on buffs and debuffs and gives this to boomerang warrior.
•She decreases the attack and defense of her target.
Weakness:
•All twins need their counter parts to truly shine.
-Melissa is a very squishy monster.
•She needs REALLY good runes to shine in R5.
RANKING
GB10 (6/10): Melissa can be used here due to her 3rd skill, however Talia would be better if you have her.
DB10 (0/10): She is not usable in DB10.
NB10 (10/10): She is amazing in Nerco B10 because she has tons of Multi-Hits and does big damage to the boss.
ToA (0/10): Melissa is not usable in ToA.
Rift of Worlds (10/10): She is a great R5 damage dealer because she does damage based on number of Boss' debuffs and gives this ability to boomerang warrior when they attack together.
Labyrinth (2/10): The twins aren't that strong in Labyrinth and Melissa does not offer anything other than damage so it's not recommended to use her here.
Dimensional Hole (2/10): She is not recommended for Dimensional Hole content because she doesn't offer much.
Arena (0/10): In Arena you are looking for AoE damage which Melissa only does single-target so she's not recommended here either.
Guild Wars (3/10): While Melissa can do well in Guild Wars her Fire sister is just better so you shouldn't use her unless you don't have Shaina.
RTA (0/10): When you pick damage dealers for RTA you are looking for monsters that can do more than just damage, Melissa really only brings damage to the table and can be easily countered by banning the Boomerang Warrior.
