John Build Tips
In the early game you'd build him as a standard bomber build with LOTS of ATK since bombs are based off ATK power. Make sure to give him good accuracy so he can land his bombs.
As you progress into the late game you'll transition him to give him more tankiness and speed.

STRENGTHS/WEAKNESSES
Strengths:
•John in Summoners War is a Nat5 AoE Bomber!
•Two of his skills absorbs ATK bar.
•Not only does he increases the enemies skill cooldown but also decreases yours.
•His 3rd skill bomb blows up after just 1 turn.
Weakness:
•Bombers are always tricky because the bombs can be resisted.
•Monsters that put up immunity like Fran, Lulu, or Chloe will make it hard fo him to land the bombs.
RANKING
GB12 (0/10): He has elemental disadvantage in Giants B12.
DB12 (2/10): Bomb units are that useful since the Dragon can cleanse itself in Dragons B12.
NB12 (1/10): He doesn't have enough multi hits to break through the boss' shield.
SF10 (2/10): Bombs are too unreliable to auto in the Steel Fortress B10.
PC10 (0/10): Bombs are too unreliable to auto in the Punisher Crypt B10.
ToA (4/10): He lacks CC to be useful here, however, he can be used on the boss on the 10th floors to keep them from attacking.
Rift of Worlds (0/10): Bombers are useless here.
Labyrinth (3/10): He can be used in some niche stages, but you want monsters with more CC to farm Lab.
Dimensional Hole (1/10): He is not recommended here.
Arena (2/10): Generally you want AoE Cleave teams to farm Arena.
Guild Wars (7/10): His skills are useful along with his bombs to Blow up the enemy while also slowing the threat monster down.
RTA (8/10): He's a strong bomber here and serves a similar role as in GW.
