Thunder Break: Attacks the enemy to inflict damage proportionate to the target's MAX HP and attacks all enemies once again with 20% of the damage. Additionally, this attack has a 40% chance to decrease the enemy's Attack Power for 2 turns and Attack Speed for 2 turns. (Reusable in 3 turns).

Keep in mind these are just general recommendations, you will need to alter your rune and stat builds based on what content you want to use this monster for and what team you are using him with.
STRENGTHS/WEAKNESSES
Strengths:
•The Wind Dragon, Jamire, is the master of cooldowns.
•His 3rd skill resets all cooldowns and AoE cleanses, perfect for R5 and PvP!
•He is a good monster for GB12 due to his ATK break and 3rd skill.
•Your opponents can't reset his 3rd skill either, so good counter to Ganymede.
•He has tanky base stats and good base speed.
•He has the sought after Speed Leader Skill.
•There are several ways to build him based on what you need.
•He is an amazing monster throughout the whole game for early even to end.
Weakness:
•Jamire's 1st skill has no effects and is relatively weak even with good multipliers.
•He is stat hungry for PvP.
•He needs his 2nd and 3rd skills to be fully skilled up to make the most out of him.
RANKING
GB12 (9/10): Jamire is great for the Giant's B12 due to his ATK break, and cleanse against the tower's defense breaks. He also has attribute advantage. You'll need to build him on Attack Build.
DB12 (5/10): He can be used here to clear your team of the dots, but Lisa is a better option here.
NB12 (0/10): He is not recommended here as he lacks any multi-hits.
ToA (8/10): He is good monster to help reset skills for your other monsters to lock down or nuke the enemies. He is also good here if you want a heavy dots team to clear niche stages.
Rift of Worlds (10/10): His 2nd and 3rd skill makes him a great monster for R5. You should build him as a support and front line tank here.
Labyrinth (8/10): He serves the same role here as in ToA
Dimensional Hole (0/10): He isn't recommended here.
Arena (10/10): He can be used for some speed cleave teams here and is good for sustaining defenses.
Guild Wars (10/10): His Speed lead and skill resets makes him great for both offense and defense.
RTA (10/10): He is a good pick for his leader skill, and skill 1 and 2. He's good if you want a cleave or sustain team. You should build him on Attack Build or Bruiser Build.
