Keep in mind these are just general recommendations, you will need to alter your rune and stat builds based on what content you want to use this monster for and what team you are using him with.
STRENGTHS/WEAKNESSES
RANKING
GB12 (6/10): Herne can be used in Giants B12 but there are better monsters here.
DB12 (9/10): She would mainly be used here to cleanse the team and transfer all their DoTs. Her ATK bar pushback is very useful here to make sure the Dragon doesn't get a turn.
NB12 (0/10): She doesn't have enough multi hits to break through the boss' shield and the boss cleanses himself each time.
ToA (2/10): She doesn't have enough CC to be used here.
SF10 (2/10): She has elemental disadvantage and isn't recommended in Steel Fortress B10.
PC10 (0/10): She isn't really useful Punisher Crypt B10 since you mainly want to nuke the boss as fast as possible or do a heavy DoTs team.
Rift of Worlds (8/10): She is great due in R5 to her ability to cleanse and transfer all the debuffs to the monster.
Labyrinth (3/10): She can be used in some niche stages here against monsters that provide a lot of debuffs.
Dimensional Hole (0/10): She isn't recommended here since she lacks Crowd Control.
Arena (5/10): She is used in niche comps that have a lot of annoying passives.
Guild Wars (8/10): Nisha is good for many situations such as Theomars or Rica counter. Pretty much any monster immune to death or heavy Crowd Control.
RTA (8/10): She serves the same role in here as she does in Guild Content.
