STRENGTHS/WEAKNESSES
Strengths:
•The Light Ifrit, Elsharion's passive can strip buffs and give it to ALL of your allies!
•This makes him very useful for DB12 to strip the Dragon's immunity and protect your team from DoTs.
•His 2nd skill hits 3 times and can DEF break.
•He can serve his purpose without being fully skilled up.
•He is a great counter to monsters like Theomars to steal his endure, Chloe, Fran, or any monsters that do a lot of buffs. Having him on Violent will potential give you more opportunities to strip and buff your team.
Weakness:
•He really needs good runes to not only survive, but also deal damage while having enough accuracy to steal buffs.
•Oblivion from Tesarion or bringing monsters against him that don't buff are ways to counter him.

NB12 (0/10): He doesn't have enough multi hits to break through the Necro B12 shield.
SF10 (0/10): Since you need to beneficial block the Steel Fortress B10 boss, his passive is pointless here.
PC10 (0/10): He isn't very useful here.
ToA (2/10): He lacks CC to be useful here. He could be used in niche situations.
Rift of Worlds (0/10): He doesn't serve any purpose here since the bosses don't get buffs.
Labyrinth (1/10): He lacks CC to be useful here.
Dimensional Hole (0/10): He is not recommended here.
