STRENGTHS/WEAKNESSES

Strengths:
•Bernard is good monster to start your GB10 team. 
•He offers SPD boost, ATK bar boost, ATK debuff, and DEF break!
•As a staple PvP monster for buffing attack and speed, he is one of the few monsters used throughout the entire game. 
•He is a good starting monster for ToA to increase your number of turns.
•He is a staple in a speed Lushen team.
 
Weakness:
•He is a weak solo monster
•Lots of Arena Defenses to counter Bernard Lushen team.

RANKING

GB10/GAH (8/10): Bernard is a great monster for an early game Giants B10 team. He is one of the staple GB10 starter monsters, but once you start transitioning to a speed team you will no longer use him for giants. 

DB10/DAH (0/10): Bernard is not usable in DB10 because he doesn't offer enough and is a wind monster.

NB10/NAH (0/10): He is pretty useless in Nerco because he has no Multi-Hits and speed doesn't matter against boss.

ToA (6/10): He is pretty good for a beginner ToA team because of his speed buff.

 

Rift of Worlds (8/10): Bernard is an excellent monster for the Ice Rift beast. 

 

Labyrinth (5/10): He is a good monster to start if you don't have enough speed. 

Dimensional Hole (0/10): Bernard doesn't seem to have any place in the Dimensional Hole other than to second awaken him. 

 

Arena (10/10): He is a crucial part to cleave teams with Lushen. 

 

Guild Wars (7/10): He can be used in some cleave team comps. 

 

RTA (2/10): He can be used here in order to take 1st turn advantage, but he doesn't offer enough to be really useful as you climb the ranks.
